Jess was awesome to work with! I test drive a few cars with him, then looked at a few different dealerships. Jess checked in with me to see if he could help me in any way. He wasn't pushy, he was extremely helpful. Eventually I decided I wanted a car he didn't have on the lot. He found exactly what I wanted and kept it in my price range. I genuinely enjoyed the car-buying process this time around and I'm certain I'll be back at some point down the road for my next car!

Helpful at first, but felt that the communication was twisted and caused the car sale to fall thru. I feel like I wasted my time, when I could have been looking else where for a car. Now I'm still a month without a car, and no one seems to have an explanation to why it was all a go, then just all of a sudden a no go. Very frustrating situation.
