Awesome artifacts with great programming to show how life was for early prairie settlers. We come visit often. Location is great too - woods, prairie, botanical garden, and lakes in vicinity.
Very well done small museum with lots of informative displays about life on the prairie and the Champaign Urbana area in particular
Took my 80 something parents to see exhibits on farming, glaciers and prairie, and Lincoln.They enjoyed the exhibits and sharing their memories.
Great little museum with good galleries and interactive activities. Had good historical information and also does many activities for children and families.
My favorite stop along the highway. Excellent museum. Be sure to check out the community garden, depending on readiness of produce you can pick some and take it with you.
